Michael Downing is a Senior at CSU, Fresno in Percussion Performance. He was born and raised in Fresno, CA. He is co-owner of the drum manufacturing company, CONCEPT PERCUSSION and he teaches private lessons.
Michael plays with the following organizations:
- Fresno Philharmonic
- Bakersfield Symphony
- Merced Symphony
- Tulare Symphony
- Stockton Symphony
He is an annual faculty member at the Lake Sequoia Music Summer Camp.
He has been seen on stage with Ed Saigndon and Scott Amedala.
